Nothing in this policy excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). If the Service fails to comply with a non-excludable guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies required by law (which may include a refund, repair or replacement).
Outside those non-excludable statutory rights, the no-refund policy applies in full. You waive any refund rights except where such rights cannot lawfully be waived.
