1. Data we store

  • Account email and authentication identifiers (via our auth provider).
  • In-game saves, progress, capture and codex data.
  • Purchase records (handled by Stripe — we do not store card details).
  • Player suggestions you submit (after automatic redaction).
  • Anonymised crash and error reports.

2. Third parties

We use service providers including Supabase (auth, database, edge functions), Stripe (payments), and Lovable AI Gateway (moderation). Each has its own privacy terms.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and localStorage to keep you signed in, store settings, and enable offline play. Disabling them may break parts of the Service.

4. International transfers

Service providers may process data in the United States or the EU. By using the Service you consent to such transfers.

5. Children

The Service is 18+ and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided information, email nexus.systems.au@gmail.com and we will remove it.

6. Suggestions & PII filtering

Player suggestions are passed through automated moderation that removes personal names, contact details, addresses and vulgar language before storage. Do not include private information when submitting.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information at nexus.systems.au@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use row-level security, scoped service keys and verified webhook signatures. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

9. Australian Privacy Principles

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to this policy

Material changes update the “Last updated” date and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
